NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE FEBRUARY 12, 2026 GARDENDALE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE NEW GARDENDALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Gardendale Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 12th, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the Gardendale City Hall, 925 Main Street, Gardendale, Alabama, 35071, a public hearing will be held. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments regarding the adoption of the new Gardendale Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 11-52-8 of the Code of Alabama (1975).
All written and oral comments will be considered. A hard copy of the new Gardendale Comprehensive Plan is available for review at Gardendale City Hall during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Comments on the new Comprehensive Plan can be forwarded to the City, c/o of Regina Graham, Gardendale City Hall, 925 Main Street, Gardendale, AL 35071, or via email at [email protected]. Oral comments will also be accepted by calling the Inspections and permitting Department at (205) 631-1708 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
